| Dale has over 30 years of experience with Arrowhead Electrical Products. He started life like many in this industry do – learning the whole rebuilding industry, and all of its processes. As his time in the industry grew, he began working the phones, both in sales, and as a customer service technician. Since then, he has accepted additional responsibilities as the new product engineer. On a personal side, Dale is a Minnesota Viking fan, which, he says, can be as equally challenging at times. |

| Gene has spent 16 years in the rebuilding industry, starting out as an alternator production manager for a large re-builder. He has spent considerable time in quality control and was also responsible for designing and conducting electrical training clinics for starter and alternator installers. Gene has worked as an auto technician, auto instructor for a technical college, and is an ASE certified master technician. He recently joined Arrowhead as an inside salesman, and looks forward to befriending customers, answering technical questions, and helping them increase their sales. When not working, Gene enjoys collecting and restoring automobiles, boating, riding motorcycle, and snow skiing. |

| Chris has been with Arrowhead since 1998. He started his career working in the warehouse, pulling customer’s orders and in 2000, moved into the customer service area. Chris is also the shipping and receiving supervisor. Chris has a keen sense for keeping the shipments accurate and on-time – making him a favorite of Arrowhead’s customers! When not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, playing softball, and attending Minnesota Twins games. |

| While attending school full time, Rick started working for Arrowhead Electrical Products during the summer of 1988. After finishing school, Rick accepted a position as Customer Service Representative with a large contracting company. Rick returned to Arrowhead in 1998, beginning in customer service and then moving on to sales representative – a job he still holds today. When not at work, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, taking trips to the lake, hunting, fishing, camping, and most all outdoor activities. |

| Guy started with Arrowhead Electrical Products in 1977. His first job was in the shipping department, where he gained knowledge of all facets of the rebuilding process. For the last 15 years, Guy has worked both as a customer service technician, and as a new product engineer. When not working, Guy enjoys spending time at his lake cabin. |

| Rich has been with Arrowhead Electrical Products since 1990. He began as an order puller, but moved quickly into a job in customer service. He is often the first to take your call. Rich also is very involved in the shipping and receiving area, making sure your orders ship in a timely manner. Rich has a wife and two children, who keep him just as busy at home. |

| Jay began his career at Arrowhead in 1995 in the customer service area. In 1998 he became a purchasing agent along with being responsible for billing and credits. In 1999 he added shipping logistics and customs brokerage to his list of duties. In his free time, Jay likes to spend time with his family and friends and is an avid motorcyclist. |

| Lee Ann has been with Arrowhead since 2006. In her short time at Arrowhead, she has acquired the knowledge that enables her to assist customers with billing and pricing needs.
Lee Ann is the only Green Bay Packer fan at Arrowhead and looks forward to the boarder battles with her co-working Vikings fans. She has been married for 22 years and has one Daughter who also works at Arrowhead. |
